The four-wheel drive models are very good off-road and get Land Rover's Terrain Response system as standard so you can select modes for different terrains. The Discovery Sport’s only significant failing in terms of how it drives is that its ride quality can occasionally be too firm (especially on the optional 20-inch wheels).
